A play therapist and LPC, Sabrina is passionate about working with kids ages two and up. Her specialties include working with children coping with divorce and other life transitions, anxiety in kids and teens, multiples (twins and up) and gender-creative kids. Sabrina loves working with kids, teens, and families to help them reach their full potential!
Sabrina holds a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from University of North Texas, where she studied in one of the best play therapy programs in the country.
A native born Texan, she grew up in Friendswood with her twin sister and a brother and moved to North Texas to attend UNT (Go Mean Green!).
Sabrina has transformed her trauma from grieving the death of her mother at an early age into a passion for helping children and teens process their own grief and depression.
She loves helping parents cope with the difficult job of being a parent and helping their kids get through whatever struggles they’re experiencing.
In her free time, she loves to read, eat spicy food, and spend time cuddling with her dogs, Martini and Pavlov.
