Yoga therapy Yoga and Meditation is an excellent balance between the physical and mental body. This class offers practitioners an opportunity to explore themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We blend a mixture of restorative and gentle yoga postures, guided meditation, and breathing exercises to maximize results. This is great for individuals with specific ailments such as stress, depression, anxiety or chronic illness as well as those looking to dive deeper in their personal healing journey
