Supervised by Erin James, LPC-S
I have a passion for working with couples experiencing issues with intimacy, infidelity, and connection. I also enjoy working with adults and families dealing with trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and parenting. It is a privilege to experience the vulnerability you bring as a client; I prioritize a safe, authentic, non-judgmental space to hold and explore the unique stories you bring into therapy. No matter how complex or overwhelming, we will unpack together.
I believe problems arise when internal conflict lowers our tendency to utilize beneficial methods to cope. My goal is to help you to identify patterns no longer serving you. Together we will restructure the perception of your past experiences so that you can effectively move forward to live life abundantly.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Journalism at Louisiana Tech University. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern Methodist University. Throughout my career, I have worked with adolescents at summer camp and adults in addiction recovery. I have a passion for human relationships and my diverse experience provides me a multitude of ways to connect with you in your personalized sessions.
Dallas has been the only place I call home. I love to spend time with my family, friends, and sassy one-eyed beagle, Bella Jean. In my free time, I indulge in movies, listen to podcasts, practice yoga, and play soccer. Through my life experiences, I have made friends all over the world, and I love to travel when I can. I am creatively expressive and a passionate explorer, but a nice self-care night at home is how I love to recharge.
