About Rachael
Rachael graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University and is an LPC Associate here at Lifeologie Cedar Hill. Rachael is passionate about counseling adults, teens, tweens, and couples. Her specialties include eating disorders, self-esteem issues, and anxiety. Rachael strives to create a safe-place for each client to share authentically.
Rachael’s approach to counseling is holistic, focusing on the whole person (mental, social, spiritual, and physical). Asking for help is a sign of strength, and Rachael hopes to walk alongside clients through counseling. She believes counseling sessions should be collaborative and creative, and loves to incorporate creativity into sessions with plants, art, or maybe even a game of Jenga.
Rachael is a Dallas native. When not counseling, she’s probably outside gardening, making crafts, or spending time with her husband and family.
