Get to know Ashley
Ashley enjoys working with couples and adults of all ages who want help with self-esteem, finding their identity/purpose, anxiety, depression, communication, stress-management, break-ups, career, and pre-marital counseling. Ashley believes that everyone needs a safe, non-judgmental space to process and work through all of life’s challenges. She has a strong desire to come alongside others during their toughest moments to provide support, empathy and positive problem-solving approaches. She believes you can overcome whatever you’re facing and come out on the other side healthier and stronger.
Ashley was born and raised in Dallas and has worked as a Human Resources Leader in the Healthcare field for over 6 years. Though she never planned to work in Human Resources, it is through this career that she realized she wanted to become a counselor. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Peru State College and is working towards her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health at Liberty University. Ashley is very proud to be a first-generation graduate in her family. She is also a Certified Life Coach, is SYMBIS certified, and volunteers as a mentor for young women to help them overcome obstacles, grow and gain the tools needed to have a healthy and fulfilled life. When she is not at Lifeologie she enjoys exercising, eating queso, watching movies, going to the beach and her two fur babies.
