Get to know Ginna

Ginna Klein is dedicated to offering support for adolescents, young adults, and adults by providing an empathetic therapeutic relationship, a safe open space, and the tools necessary to succeed out in the world. She specializes in adolescents, anxiety, depression, mindfulness, and trauma. As humans, we all have the ability to continuously learn about ourselves and grow to become better than the day before. When we don’t allow ourselves to feel and process, it impacts our mind, brain, and behavior, affecting all other areas of life.

Ginna believes that self-awareness and self-compassion are two necessary factors in making one’s mind a healthier place to be and therefore allowing a more enjoyable life. Examining childhood experiences and looking at patterns, both generational and personal help promote positive change. She is currently a counselor and master’s level intern at Lifeologie Oak Cliff.

Ginna obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Colorado State University and is currently a graduate student at Dallas Theological Seminary earning her Masters of Art in Counseling.

After growing up in Dallas, Ginna enjoyed her time in a mountain town and is thrilled to be back in Texas. She enjoys coaching youth volleyball, walking the Katy Trail, and sandwiches!
