Get to know Tristan

Tristan Frazier specializes in last-ditch couples counseling and conflict work for families on fire, as well as top-down trauma work, which uses talk therapy, exposure therapy and cognitive restructuring to help individuals process traumatic memories and develop healthy ways to cope with stress and anxiety. He works with adults struggling with inadequacy, addictions, and self-image, and is experienced in faith-based spirituality work around church hurt and other forms of religious trauma.

Tristan is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, where he completed a Masters of Theology before earning his Masters in Counseling. He believes counseling should address the whole person--body, mind, and soul--and thus takes a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy that recognizes the beautiful complexity of each of his clients.

He utilizes a variety of models and theories, including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered, and Narrative Therapy models, tailored to your specific needs, situation, and personality.

Tristan is currently accepting new clients in person and via telehealth. Click the “request an appointment” button above,  or call our Lifeologie Counseling Dallas client care team at (214) 357-4001 to find an available time and learn more about how his approach might be right for you.
