Mindfulness Staycation

This event is held the first Saturday of every month.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Doesn’t that sound nice?! It is a quality that every human being already possesses – you just need to learn how to access it.

Group facilitator Lulu Liao will empower you with various tools to implement immediately into your daily life. Whether you’re a parent, a student, a professional, or anything in between, you will enjoy a day of simply being and appreciating YOU.

Meet the Event Host:

Lulu Liao is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with Lifeologie Dallas. She is also a certified and registered Yoga Teacher in many different styles and is a certified Reiki Master Practitioner III. You will find Lulu frequently using energy work, qi-gong, and mindfulness/breathing techniques in helping her clients heal.
