What Is The Event?

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Doesn’t that sound nice?!  It is a quality that every human being already possesses – you just need to learn how to access it.

Please join us in this one-day group where Lulu, Gracie and Kat will empower you with various tools to implement immediately into your daily life.  Whether you’re a parent, a student, a professional, or anything in between, you will enjoy a day of simply being and appreciating YOU.

What to Expect:

  • Overview of what mindfulness is and how it can help increase sense of well-being, reduce stress, promote positive sense of self
  • Learn techniques to bring mindfulness into your daily life:
    • Mindfulness on the go
    • Mindfulness through movement
    • Mindfulness for every level

Event Details:

WHO: Anyone 18 and up!

WHEN: Saturday, November 6th at 9am-1pm (bring your own mindful lunch)

COST: $40 (4 hours of learning)

WHERE: We will begin at Arlington Park (weather permitting), and end at the Lifeologie Dallas Office located at 3303 Lee Pkwy, Suite 330.

Katherine Parchman is a Master’s Level Intern at Lifeologie Dallas. She enjoys working with adolescents, teens/tweens, young and emerging adults. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy through Antioch University with a focus in grief and trauma.

Lulu Liao, therapist, grand rapids

Lulu Liao is a Master’s Level Intern at Lifeologie Dallas. Lulu graduated summa cum laude (whoa!) with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Maryland and is currently finishing up her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is also a certified and registered Yoga Teacher and certified Reiki Master.
