What is the purpose of that inner voice of doubt?

  • Identify the face of your inner critic and learn methods to quiet it.
  • Learn about real self-care, and take an honest look at your life to determine how you can fit more in your schedule.
  • Learn and practice physical, mental, and creative techniques for lowering anxiety at the moment.

Come and join other women who are looking to support and provide answers through the sharing of stories and coping skills. We will provide a safe and confidential place where there is no pressure to talk if you don’t want to – listening is learning, too.
