Calling all high schoolers! The days of sleeping in, staying up late, and going to the beach every day have paused. The reality of school, homework, and social interaction have set in. You deserve some YOU time, where you can move and breathe some of that stress away!
Each group will consist of a movement practice, breathing exercises, and a guided visualization. Your teen will learn how to use breathing as a coping skill, how to train the brain through mindfulness, and how to have a stronger relationship with themselves!
Do the parents attend?
– This is just a time for your teen to connect to herself and the other group members
What should my teen wear?
– Wear comfortable clothes, like leggings and a t-shirt
