Teen Therapy and Counseling
Is your teen telling you that he or she is stressed out? That the pressure at school, work and life are really heavy?
Maybe your teen has been overly irritable (more than normal) or more tired than is their norm. If they have that stressed out “look” about them, if they often have headaches and stomach aches, they report they’re having a hard time concentrating, this is the group for them!
Over the course of 8 weeks, this group will offer the following approaches to every group member:
- Group Talk Therapy (learning to lean on each other)
- Psychotherapeutic Yoga (to help their bodies calm down)
- Anxiety Management Techniques
- Art Therapy (to help them access the other half of their brain)
This group usually lasts for 1.5 hours, and typically runs from 4-5:30pm, once per week.
