They’re Home. What Now?

A 4-Week Support Group for Parents of Teens and Young Adults

If this resonates with you, don’t miss the 1-hour, interactive, online sessions I am offering Thursdays.

This is a 4-week problem solving & support group for parents whose kids are between 17 and 22.  The group will be on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 pm from April 16th to May 7th.

Is this Group right for me?

  • Are you worried about how your 17 – 22-year-old is adjusting?
  • Do you find yourself trying to “fix” everything for them because their current experience is not what you wanted for them at this age?
  • Are the two of you arguing more than typical?
  • Are you feeling anxious or overwhelmed about how today’s situation is going to affect your child’s future?

How Can This Group Help?

You will learn:

  • The difference between concerning behaviors and confusing behaviors
  • How to support your child through a difficult time while allowing them to experience it
  • How to recognize your role in conflicts and how to resist arguments where no one wins
  • Coping skills for your own anxiety.
