Calling all girls ages 9-15! Do you remember being this age? Life was tough. Wouldn’t it be great to give the tween/teen in your life the skills to become more confident and empowered through yoga, self-love, and compassion?
This is a 4-week group for girls ages 9-15. Tweens (9-12) will meet from 5-6pm and teens (12-15) will meet from 6:15-7:15. This group will teach the foundations of yoga, mindfulness, breathing, and meditation. Through this group, we will gain confidence, concentration, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and to learn new coping skills for stress-management in a safe environment!
