How often do you catch yourself thinking these thoughts? Perhaps you have a child diagnosed with ADHD, but you don’t know what to do next. Perhaps you don’t have an actual diagnosis, but you are still thinking there could be something there. If this is the case, this workshop was created for you. Parents often struggle with how to support their child because they see their creativity and intelligence, but when they go to school or interact with others, it’s not always seen.
In this workshop, we will cover:
What: Exploring the questions “What is ADHD, and how do I help my child?”

Denis Mundere, TLLP, is a therapist at Lifeologie. He knows that it can take peeling back a person’s layers to better understand what is causing their discomfort. Denis likes to dig deep and get to the root of the problem. Denis specializes in working with older teens and adults to better understand themselves and their identity.
