If you are stuck in a rut, and experiencing repetitive behavior that is not serving you, or if you want to learn how to emotionally regulate and quiet the mind..this group is for you….Be ready to find your innate wisdom because there is nowhere else to look except inside! It is time.
You will learn concepts and principles that are at the heart of mindfulness while having the opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation. This group includes walking, sitting, movement guided and silent meditations, and group processing.
