Boys to Men: Surviving Adolescent Moods

Can a weekly workshop help boys ages 12-18 learn appropriate emotional expression and coping skills in just one summer? At Lifeologie Counseling Midlothian, the answer is yes! We're looking for a few good young men to join us Tuesdays at 5pm from July 9-30 to learn how to take control of difficult emotions that can impact our moods, thoughts, and how we interact with other people.

Teenage boys. They nod, they grunt, they take out the garbage when we ask. But they aren't exactly experts in expressing their emotions. Let them learn safe & healthy ways to blow off steam and communicate their feelings from two guys who have been there: Shaun Richardson, LPC-A, and Master's Level Intern Eduardo "Jed" Aquillo.

Together, this dynamic duo brings an approachable, evidence-based approach that teaches young men how to identify various emotions, along with coping skills for navigating feelings and moods as they mature.

Come ready to explore, share and express yourself in an encouraging atmosphere. Snacks provided!
