**Eliza Fochler, LCMHCA **brings validation and a strengths-based approach to her work with neurodivergent clients recognizing that ADHD and neurodivergency are not deficits to fix but rather different ways of experiencing and moving through the world. She offers warmth, collaboration, and inclusivity as she helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, disordered eating, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Eliza has supported individuals from adolescence through adulthood to build insight, unlearn unhelpful behaviors and patterns, and develop goals that fit their lives. She is committed to providing a respectful, nonjudgemental space where she meets clients where they are at and supports them in feeling understood and seen on their own terms. Eliza is available in person at our Lifeologie Counseling Durham office as well as virtually.

**Mekayla Boswell, LCMHC **specializes in supporting neurodivergent adults with a focus on ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She creates a space where neurodivergent clients are seen, understood, and empowered and works with them on a number of different areas such as building practical strategies for ADHD management, exploring how to better meet needs as an autistic individual, or simply having a safe place to be heard without judgement. Mekayla’s background in theatre uniquely shapes her approach, deepening her ability to understand what drives people emotionally, how experiences shape worldview, and what it means to step into someone else’s perspective. Through her warmth, curiosity, and community-rooted passion for helping others, she is a natural fit for neurodivergent clients who have spent too long feeling misunderstood. Mekayla has immediate availability for virtual appointments in NC.
