Emerging Adults Group Therapy

Life Skills for Young Adults

Are you a young adult who is struggling? Maybe you feel a little stuck, anxious, and unsure about the direction in your life. That is ok. Psychologists have identified the 20s as the new emerging adulthood.

It can be marked by uncertainty and a period of self-exploration as you find your place in the world. But the instability of change and the societal pressure to keep up with peers can be, at times, overwhelming and paralyzing.

This is why Sarah Wong & Carolyn Switzer created this 6-week group therapy program. It is designed to help you discover your strengths and resources so you are better informed and equipped to take the next steps in your life.

We would love for you to join us, spots are limited, so RSVP today!

Email group leader Carolyn (cswitzer@wefixbrains.com) to RSVP. Only 9 spots are available!
