Sound the foghorn!! We’re thrilled to announce our newest location docking in Virginia, [Lifeologie Counseling Hampton Roads. ](https://wefixbrains.com/locations/hampton-roads-va)From the sparkling shores of Virginia Beach to the cobblestone streets of historic Williamsburg, our new practice is ready to serve this rich and diverse community.

Like the dunes that protect and replenish our region from ravaging storms, our multi-specialty team of therapists provides a safe space for teens, adults, and couples navigate life's challenges, including managing anxiety, cultural pressures, grief, breakups and divorce, pregnancy and postpartum issues, relationships, spiritual needs, and stress -- including the complex trauma and PTSD that may affect our active and veteran service members serving in nearby Norfolk.

Telehealth appointments are now available, and we'll be announcing our new brick and mortar location later in 2025!
