Mindful Eating Workshop | Holiday Edition

about the workshop:

The holidays can be a very challenging time. There is often an abundance of food (and stress), which can create the perfect storm for eating in a way that doesn’t feel good. The purpose of this 4-week workshop is to develop strategies that will help you navigate the holiday season so that you can be more focused on being present, making memories, and enjoying the meals you share with loved ones.

A short instructional video will be emailed out a week before the session covering the session’s topic. The workshops will primarily be spent discussing the information in the videos. Participants will get to keep the video and attached resources, but will not be sent the slides that are in the video.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Please note that this is not a weight loss program and weight loss will not be discussed during this workshop.

Meet the Facilitator:

Elizabeth Tillman

Elizabeth Tillman is a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach. She takes a client-centered and holistic approach to coaching. She believes that the client is the expert of their own body and life and that her job as the coach is to help each client uncover what works best for them so they can make meaningful progress towards their goals.
