Rainbow Connections | LGBTQ+ Youth Support Group

In-Person Support Group for LGBTQ+ Identifying Youth

Rainbow Connections is an open group for LGBTQ+ identified youth, ages 13-17, to socialize, discuss important topics, and get support from peers and professionals. It will run for 10 weeks, beginning April 20th. There will be topics and themes each week, but also time for bonding and personal shares.

Some topics that will be covered include identity exploration, coming out safely, emotion regulation, and addressing misconceptions about being LGBTQ+.

There will also be discussions around LGBTQ+ pop culture, gender envy, how memes and the internet foster a sense of community, and the overlap between neurodivergence and LGBTQ+ identities.

We understand the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ youth and we want to offer this safe space for connection.

For more information, or to save your spot for the group, please reach out to us at henderson@wefixbrains.com or give us a call at (702) 268-7223.
