We're inviting creative young ladies ages 14-18 to join Lifeologie Counseling Shreveport's Life Coach Veronica Blaze for Sneaker-Doodle!, a Sunday afternoon activity designed to promote self-discovery, boost confidence, and foster a sense of accomplishment!
Participants will decorate tennis shoes and snickerdoodle cookies as creative outlets to express themselves. During each event, professionals in the fields of mental health, counseling, and healthcare will be on hand to lead discussions on topics such as stress management, self-esteem building, anxiety coping mechanisms, and healthy relationship dynamics.
Sneaker-Doodle! will create a supportive and inclusive environment where girls feel comfortable sharing their experiences and seeking support from their peers and mentors.
Lifeologie Counseling aims to empower young girls and provide them with valuable tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence. Plus, all proceeds will support our mission to educate and inspire teens in the areas of mental and physical health.
