### Lifeologie Hampton Roads welcomes Angela Stuchlik!

NEW Lifeologist alert! The perfect blend has arrived.

At Lifeologie Hampton Roads, Angelas's work is deliberate and focused, designed for people whose thoughts refuse to slow and habits feel welded in place. She practices therapy the way a good café honors craft: evidence first, patience always, and no shortcuts. The space she holds is calm but active, where ERP and HRT aren’t concepts but practiced skills, repeated until control quietly returns.

Change doesn’t arrive loudly. It arrives when you choose to engage it.
