### Lifeologie Allen welcomes Deborah Lintz!

NEW Lifeologist alert! The perfect blend has arrived.

Deborah shows up for people the way a good cup of coffee does, steady, grounding, and exactly when you need it most. She’s walked alongside service members overseas, families here at home, and countless individuals navigating the messy, exhausting parts of life.

What she brings isn’t just expertise, it’s presence, empathy, and the kind of care that makes the hard stuff feel less lonely. If you’ve been carrying confusion, anger, or just the weight of change, this is your chance to set it down and breathe.
