### Lifeologie Newton welcomes Rebecca Tsopelas!

NEW Lifeologist alert! The perfect blend has arrived.

Rebecca arrives with the kind of presence that steadies the room, like that first sip of coffee that reminds you you’re not alone in the chaos. As Clinical Director, she brings years of experience guiding children, teens, adults, couples, and families through trauma, anxiety, and the heavy weight of impossible expectations.

Her approach is rooted in safety, curiosity, and connection, helping clients slow down, listen to what their own stories are saying, and discover balance that feels sustainable. Every small win is celebrated, every step toward healing honored.

Now is the perfect moment to lean into that fresh start.
