Somewhere between the roles we play — caretaker, employee, partner, parent — it's easy to lose track of who we are underneath it all. Many women carry quiet feelings of inadequacy, disconnection, or simply not having enough space for themselves, and rarely get the chance to say so out loud.
That's where Women Supporting Women comes in. Led by Lifeologie Counseling Dallas therapist Emma Butler, this 8-session therapy group is designed for women ages 25 and up who want to connect with others, build confidence, and rediscover who they are beyond the roles they fill every day. Through open discussion and guided activities, participants will explore relationships, boundaries, personal strengths, and identity, all within a space built on honesty and support.
Each session is casual and conversational, creating room for women to see that they're not alone. Feelings of inadequacy, burnout, or a lost sense of fun and identity aren't shameful — they're part of the conversation here. Participants will also dig into identity beyond titles, practicing simple "I am" statements that are not limited to the roles they carry.
Across eight weeks, Emma will lead and support this group through:
We will dive into exploring purpose, fulfillment, and what makes life feel rich and worthwhile as we move forward.
Whether you're feeling stretched thin, disconnected from yourself, or simply craving a space to grow alongside other women, this group offers a supportive place to be honest, be heard, and reconnect with who you are.
