She is currently finishing her master’s degree at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Annalise loves working with individuals and couples of all ages. She has experience providing many couples with pre-marital counseling; she provides tools to help them navigate the engagement process and prepare for a strong marital foundation. She has led many marriage enrichment groups and is comfortable helping couples work through conflict and discover a new pattern of communication in order to enhance their relationship.
Growing up in a family of nine she has learned to navigate the complexity of relationships and individual needs. She has experience working with children, teens and adults. She wants to help all people no matter their age develop a strong sense of self. She has experience working with individuals dealing with trauma, grief, depression and anxiety.
She knows change is a hard process but is passionate about sitting with people in their pain and helping them walk through difficult life transitions. She believes a huge part of the battle is being willing to show up and be authentic. She believes there is power in relationships and when people are willing to be known they can find hope and healing through connection.
When not reading for a class, Annalise can be found trying a new recipe, walking along White Rock Lake, or trying out a new coffee shop with her husband!
