Beth’s Background

  • has lived in Mobile, Birmingham, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and now……AUSTIN!
  • has a background in sales and her first job was at a dating service. She has literally never met a stranger.  She loves people and has a helping spirit.
  • originally wanted to be a life coach and pursued her masters because she wanted to be “legit.”  As she dug deeper in her studies, she realized that she wanted to be a positive resource for people, specifically women and girls.  Beth feels that women we wear lots of hats. With so many responsibilities, it can be very overwhelming just to be a girl. Beth saw that many women and girls suffer from self-esteem issues and wanted to work with this population to boost feelings of self worth and acceptance.
  • has an interest in active therapy.  Why does it have to be in a room or on a couch? What if we could go for a walk, work in the garden, or make those cupcakes for the bake sale at school?
  • has a background in animal assisted therapy and social services.

In her time with us here at Lifeologie, Beth has become a sought after therapist and worked with men, women and teens to bolster their self worth and help them focus on lasting positive change.

Beth volunteers her time at the YWCA of Greater Austin and enjoys spending time with her fur baby, Stella.
