Caroline is passionate about working with children, tweens, teens, and their parents by walking alongside them through whatever life is throwing their way. Building a safe space for children of all ages to be authentically themselves is the foundation of her work. She cares deeply about helping children and adolescents realize their true worth, become comfortable in their skin, and move toward resilience and healing. She also has a passion for working with parents to create healthier communication patterns with their children, establish positive familial relationships and parental attachments, and promote healing within the household.
Raised in Jackson, MS, Caroline spent a lot of her teenage years serving children and adolescents in a church setting and knew that she wanted to continue serving kids and their families in her career one day. As she left her Mississippi home to attend Baylor University, she found herself seeking counseling for the first time and realized that a counseling career was the perfect way for her to continue serving people. During Caroline’s time in college, she fell in love with the great state of Texas and decided to pursue her master’s degree at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys spending time outside by walking, playing sports, or kayaking — White Rock Lake is her favorite Dallas spot! She is most happy when she is getting to spend time with her friends and family, whether that be spending time outside, playing games, or watching a good movie. She also jumps at any chance she can get to play with her family dog, Buddy, or really any other dog, for that matter.
