Dana specializes in working with folks who are adjusting to a diagnosis of chronic illness, sleep disorders/challenges, or who have severe and intense anxiety.
We all know that life can change in a minute – how that affects people varies. If you have been thrown off course, Dana can help you find your path or create a new one. She creatively incorporates education, activity, and mindfulness in her approach. Dana says “My own life has had many unexpected twists and turns.” Her goal is to instill hope, help you quiet self-destructive chatter and give you the tools you need to make life better.
Her free time is spent catching up with her husband and connecting with one or more of their teenagers, depending on who has time for Mom that day. She adores being outdoors and is constantly looking for ways to physically challenge herself. She’s been known to convince people to run a marathon or climb a mountain with her.
