Holly spent nineteen years ascending the corporate ladder to Vice Presidency doing business across the nation. During this time, she found a blueprint for training the body and mind through running and yoga. This eventually led to parallel studies in yoga philosophy and holistic nutrition. Holly applied her business acumen to pull her towards wellness, and opened Uptown Yoga in Lakewood. As a certified instructor in yoga and Pilates instructor, she’s taught in a variety of group and private settings. After studying integrative nutrition training in New York, Holly continued to seek ways to bring vitality to people’s lives, and make a difference in the world. She co-created the Embody Love Movement treatment center, integrating psychotherapy. yoga therapy, and holistic nutrition.
Taking it further, she co-founded and served as Executive Director of the Embody Love Movement Foundation. Her service work also includes the UTD Center for Brain Performance Institute, she is a regional ambassador for Half the Sky, and Girl Rising, advocating for the education for girls worldwide, and driving her two Russian adopted children to and from the SPCA to volunteer.
