Getting to know Jen
Jennifer’s journey into counseling began at a young age. After her family’s move to Plano from Miami, Florida, she could often be found comforting friends and quickly earned the reputation of being a good listener. Her counseling path meandered through Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor’s in Computer Science with a focus in Psychology. While she loved her psychology classes, she ultimately became a consultant at a Big 5 firm. After several years in technology, Jennifer felt called to return to school and that journey carried her to Texas A&M University-Commerce where she obtained her Masters of Counseling and as they say, the rest is history!
