Sarah was born in Papua New Guinea and spent her early years growing up in the south Pacific islands among a multitude of races, cultures, and languages. From there she moved to the States, injecting herself into yet another culture, to begin her collegiate academic career at Letourneau University in Longview, Texas. Having completed her undergraduate degree she then moved to Dallas and began work towards her Master’s degree.

She now resides in Oak Cliff with her husband and two (seventy-pound) lapdogs, Daisy and Mistletoe. Aside from her thrilling escapades at work and school, Sarah enjoys staying in, snuggling her dogs, drinking locally sourced coffee, reading, and spending entirely too much time watching Netflix.

At the core of her beliefs is that healing is for everyone and therapy is for anyone. No matter where you find yourself, be it at rock bottom, in a dark place, or simply in need of someone to talk to – and really listen – therapy could be beneficial for you. She is excited to use all the tools we have available at our fingertips – from time tested and dependable talk therapy to cutting edge neurobiology – to heal the minds and hearts and souls of the community around her.

Being a lifelong learner, Sarah is continually seeking to further her knowledge about therapy, brains, relationships, and how they all work together. Sarah hopes to see all her clients find a place where a journey towards real healing can begin.
