Pregnancy can be a life-altering experience that can feel heartbreaking when things don’t go as planned or you’re experiencing postpartum depression. Your inner critic may be telling you that you are broken for having postpartum depression or for not "moving on" like other people in your life after losing a pregnancy. Elizabeth helps women who are struggling with pregnancy or adjusting to life postpartum. In therapy, she helps clients learn skills to handle these challenges and walks with them through this journey as their identity changes in motherhood.

Elizabeth grew up in Texas and got her bachelor's degree at the University of North Texas at Arlington. After that, she moved to Florida and got her master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. Elizabeth found her passion for mental health during a period when she needed to seek help herself. After seeing a therapist that helped everything make sense, she knew she wanted to be that person for someone else.

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys going to concerts, reading, and trying new restaurants with friends. Elizabeth feels that immersing herself in art and creativity helps her recharge and look at life from different angles.
