Kalie Schwamb, ACE-certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and holistic health coach at Lifeologie Counseling St. Johns leads and guides our online wellness groups. With a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and more than a decade of experience coaching clients from meal prep and planning to lifestyle balance techniques, Kalie brings a warm and supportive approach that helps people learn and implement wellness skills to use for a lifetime.
