Each week, you’ll learn new skills to refresh your routine, boost your energy, and nourish your body with effective workouts, balanced nutrition, and mindset shifts that build lasting habits so you can head into summer feeling confident and energized. We'll focus on ways to:

  • Build a healthy relationship with food, without dieting

  • Make balanced meals without stress or calorie counting

  • Lower cortisol and increase everyday calm

  • Move your body in ways that feel good and fit your busy schedule

  • Create a low-tox kitchen and home

  • Develop sustainable habits and carry your results forward!

who we are

Our 6-Week Wellness Reset is open to adults and couples who want to feel more energized, confident, and consistent with their health without diets or pressure, while implementing these habits at home.

Kalie Schwamb, ACE-certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and holistic health coach at Lifeologie Counseling St. Johns leads and guides our online wellness groups. With a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and more than a decade of experience coaching clients from meal prep and planning to lifestyle balance techniques, Kalie brings a warm and supportive approach that helps people learn and implement wellness skills to use for a lifetime.

We’ll provide you with our Healthy Living Log planning journal to stay consistent with nutrition, movement, hydration, and mindset.

Light and heavy weights are recommended (but not required) for your at-home and on-demand workouts.

  • Regular Registration is open through April 10, 2026 at our standard rate of $439.
  • Each fee is per person for all 6 sessions, and includes access to live coaching, on-demand workouts, and ongoing group support!
