what do I need for a telehealth session?
You’ll need:
- A smartphone, tablet, or computer
- A camera and microphone
- A stable internet connection
No downloads required. Your therapist will send you a secure session link that you'll click to open when your session is scheduled to begin
what if I have technical issues during my session?
If you experience technical difficulties:
- Your therapist will help troubleshoot
- You may switch to phone if needed
- Our team often reaches out before your first session to ensure everything is working smoothly
how do you protect my privacy during telehealth sessions?
We use encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platforms trusted by healthcare providers nationwide.
We also recommend:

are therapy sessions confidential?
Yes. All sessions are confidential and protected by federal and state privacy laws. Please note there are limited exceptions, such as:
