Kim is certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists and Yoga Alliance, and is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner trained under Peter Levine, PhD. Blending somatic experiencing and yoga therapy, Kim guides clients toward embodied healing, helping them release the effects of trauma through felt sense awareness. In her sessions, music, movement, and breath come together to help energy flow freely again, creating flow in the body, mind, and emotions. Her clients often report that the release, equilibrium, and healing that somatic work provides allows them to experience a more purposeful, passionate, and authentic life.
