Emily believes in walking side-by-side with her clients as they heal, grow, and navigate the discomfort of change. She operates from the belief that the therapeutic relationship is sacred. Therefore, she strives to create an environment built on the foundation of unconditional positive regard, empathy, and congruence. Emily understands how difficult therapy can be and is honored to get to share this journey with her clients.
When Emily is not working, she is spending time with her husband and two dogs. She loves reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and binging the latest Netflix show. Emily and her husband are so excited to be welcoming their first baby in December 2021!
