Aria works with kids, teens, and adults who are neurodivergent, healing from trauma, or dealing with anxiety, grief, or stress. She especially loves supporting autistic teens and adults, and she brings mindfulness, compassion, and a bit of spirituality into every session.
Her vibe? Real talk, safe space, and no judgment. Her goal? To help you build resilience, find peace, and live more freely, even when life gets messy.
When she's not in session, you might find her birdwatching, gardening, or geeking out over a good book or video game. Whether you're navigating big emotions or just need someone who truly gets it, Aria’s here to walk alongside you.
