Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals across various demographics. This role requires a professional who is skilled in various therapeutic modalities and is passionate about helping clients achieve their mental health goals. We are currently fully remote, however, in the future, a physical office is expected and will shift to a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions as needed to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and supervision opportunities.
• Support clients in navigating community resources to promote holistic well-being.
  

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven experience in clinical social work or mental health counseling.
• Strong knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and crisis management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Commitment to creativity, collaboration, and exceptional client care as core values of practice.
• Experience working with pediatric or geriatric populations is a plus.
