“When we can let go of what other people think and own our story, we gain access to our worthiness—the feeling that we are enough just as we are and that we are worthy of love and belonging.” – Brené Brown
Sarah is passionate about cultivating connection and authenticity to create a safe space for her clients. Her goal is to work with adolescents, teens, young adults, and families and help them realize their worthiness and embrace the importance of taking care of one’s mental health.
Sarah believes in the power of vulnerability and self-compassion as they are necessary for a healthy mindset. She also believes generational trauma is a burden many of us carry and needs
to be addressed on the path to healing.
Sarah, a liberal arts graduate of Southwestern College, is currently pursuing a graduate degree at Liberty University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
In Sarah’s free time she enjoys exploring new places, diving into novels, enjoying good food with friends, and taking long walks with her dogs Phoebe and Bonnie!
