Thalia Glenn

Thalia Glenn is a Licensed Associate Counselor. She received her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She works with individuals of all ages and stages. Her main areas of focus and expertise include adjustments to major life transitions, neurodiversity, trauma, and anxiety.    

She believes in the power of collaboration and will work closely with you to develop a personalized plan to address your specific needs and goals in a holistic way. With a warm and empathetic approach, Thalia creates a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.  She believes cultivating awareness of your strengths, skills building, and emotional resiliency are keys to unlocking insights and self-acceptance which ultimately leads to personal growth, empowerment, and dynamic healing. As part of this interactive process, Thalia utilizes effective, evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inner Child Work. Thalia’s passion for holistic care also allows her to incorporate knowledge of diet, nutrition, and physical health as a way to further promote a greater sense of well-being.

In her free time, Thalia enjoys being with her husband and catching up with her three daughters and friends.
