    Our Therapy & Counseling Fee Structure

    At Lifeologie Counseling Grand Rapids, we have a range of affordable fees designed to fit everyone. Since we are a training institute, in addition to a full-service counseling practice, we can offer a wide range of counseling fees without compromising client care.  

    We offer a wide range of fees starting at $35/hour – around the amount of a typical copay for mental health services.  Fees are based on the experience level of the practitioner.  Rates for senior clinicians start at $125/ session.  We also offer groups and classes – another cost-efficient way to get the help you’re looking for!

    We now offer comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for adolescents and adults that can provide insights into cognitive and emotional functioning. Testing is performed by a licensed psychologist, and each process is individualized, so duration will vary, and may not be covered by insurance.

    Insurance Benefits In Therapy & Counseling

    We are contracted with several insurance providers, and we are an out-of-network provider with all other insurance companies. We will be happy to check your benefits for you. Just bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment or give us the information over the phone when scheduling.

    Lifeologie Counseling Ada & Cascade is currently In-Network with the following insurance companies:

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield
    • Blue Care Network
    • Cigna
    • Priority Health
    • United Healthcare

    Each clinician is in-network with a different combination of insurance providers (due to rules of the insurance companies and varying licensure levels). If you have questions about who is in-network with which insurance company, please ask! 

    Some insurance carriers may provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. We are happy to file your insurance claim for you, or to assist you in following up with your insurance company.
