Get to know Linda

“Therapy” and “counseling” were everyday words in Linda’s household. She grew up with a dad who is a psychologist and dinner time was often an opportunity for “group therapy.” Let’s just say it wasn’t exactly something she loved as a teenager! She is familiar with the ups and downs of marriage and raising teenagers. When people experience life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. She believes unhealthy relationships can result in emotional and physical stress, and healthy relationships can improve overall well-being.

Helping You Discover Your Inner Strength

Linda loves seeing people discover inner strength and awareness to make positive changes in their life. She views therapy as a collaborative experience and seeks to help clients feel understood and hopeful. Her educational background includes a Master of Education from Texas Tech and a Master of Counseling from SMU. She is Gottman trained.  She is also a certified Enneagram coach/teacher.  Linda’s clients include couples and individuals with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

Community Involvement

Some of Linda’s favorite things are traveling, hanging out with her family, and looking for new adventures. She is passionate about Fellowship of Christian Athletes (supporting coaches and Both Ends Believing (working with countries to reform child welfare practices). Linda was born in Ft. Worth and has been married for 35 years with 3 children.

Linda also specializes in:  psychotherapeutic yoga, Enneagram work, Christian counseling, and caring for aging parents.
