Lifeologie Counseling is a collaborative counseling network with more than 20 locations across the United States, and we are bringing that same spirit of creativity, collaboration, and exceptional client care to Forney, Texas.

We are looking for an experienced, relational, entrepreneurial-minded Clinical Director who is excited about more than managing a caseload.

Lifeologie Forney is being developed as a premier behavioral health practice serving individuals, couples, families, children, veterans, first responders, and others navigating life's most difficult seasons. We are looking for a clinical leader who wants to help shape the culture, develop clinicians, build strong clinical systems, and establish a practice where excellent care and excellent people can flourish together.

The Role

The Clinical Director will lead the clinical development of Lifeologie Counseling Forney while maintaining an active therapy caseload. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced mental health professional who enjoys supervising and developing clinicians, building strong clinical systems, and creating a collaborative team culture.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership for the Lifeologie Forney team
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 10-12 therapy sessions per week
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to associates, interns, and developing clinicians
• Lead weekly clinical meetings, case consultation, and professional development
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex, high-risk, or crisis situations
• Support high standards for client care, documentation, ethics, and clinical compliance
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop clinicians as the practice grows
• Partner with practice ownership on clinical strategy, growth, and new programs
• Build relationships with local referral partners and represent Lifeologie Forney in the community

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a clinically strong, collaborative leader who genuinely enjoys developing people. You should be comfortable making decisions independently, consulting when needed, and helping build a new counseling practice from the ground up.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related clinical field
• Current Texas clinical license appropriate to the role
• Experience supervising or mentoring therapists or other mental health clinicians
• Strong understanding of clinical ethics and professional standards
• Experience managing complex clinical situations
• Ability to maintain an active therapy caseload while providing clinical leadership

Preferred Experience

• Experience in private or group practice, clinical program development, trauma treatment, couples or family therapy, EMDR, Gottman Method, crisis intervention, community outreach, or working with veterans and first responders is a plus.

• Current Texas-approved clinical supervisor credential, such as LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S, or another applicable supervisory credential

• Strengthening Lifeologie's presence in the Forney community
• Defining what exceptional clinical care looks like at Lifeologie Forney

Compensation

Full Package: $80,000 - $95,000K annually

Includes base salary plus incentive compensation. Additional performance-based incentives may also be available.
