Modern Masculinity and Mental Health

You’re not alone! Join therapist Blake Lever and a group of 4-6 men seeking authentic connection, collaboration, and accountability to supplement individual therapy and ongoing pursuit of therapeutic goals.

Access the unique opportunity to experiment and apply your individual therapy work in a confidential social setting without the risks and biases found in the complex reality of personal life. This group will be a great fit for those working to counter chronic overwhelm, overcome self-sabotage, and quiet inner conflict.

The group will initially explore themes presented in the Robert Bly text A Little Book on the Human Shadow and then further tailor group intentions and goals based on the real-time needs of the members. Common themes include motivation and discipline, alignment of values and actions, and emotional bag-holding.
