Midlothian Men's Therapy Group

what’s really getting in the way of the connection men crave?

This isn’t your typical group therapy. Lifeologie Counseling Midlothian therapists Jackson Jontra, LPC-A and Life/Recovery Coach Sammy Jenkins invite you to a new kind of men's therapy group. It’s not about “fixing” you—it’s about understanding you.

connection from the inside out

This group is for men (ages 18+) who are ready to explore the core beliefs that quietly shape how we show up in relationships or prevent us from finding the level of connection we need. We'll take a closer look at the stories we've inherited, the ones we've created, and the ones we're ready to rewrite.

Together, we’ll create a space where we can reflect on our histories with curiosity, not judgment—where being kind to ourselves isn’t a luxury, but a necessity.

Through guided conversation and mutual support, you’ll be invited to:

  • Take a compassionate inventory of your emotional past

  • Develop a genuine interest in your own life story

  • Build connection through a deeper understanding of your experience—and others’

Starting September 3, 2025, we'll begin meeting on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 PM-8 PM at Lifeologie Counseling Midlothian. Each session is $30 and may be covered by your mental health insurance.
