LGBTQ+ Processing & Support Group at Lifeologie Counseling Rockwall

Looking for a place where queer and questioning folks can land without performing or shrinking? Lifeologie Counseling Rockwall's LGBTQ+ Processing and Support Group is a space built for breath and truth. We gather each week to slow down, tune into what is actually happening inside, and speak it aloud in a room that knows how to hold nuance, tenderness, humor, grief, anger and joy.

This group is not about fixing you, it is about giving you a space where you do not have to convince anyone that your lived experience is real. It is about being witnessed, affirmed and understood by people who have walked through similar storms and triumphs.

This group is intentionally supportive rather than performative, a steady anchor in a world that can feel hostile, confusing or just plain exhausting for LGBTQ+ folks.

what to expect

Sessions weave together open processing, grounding practices and guided prompts that help you explore identity, relationships, boundaries and the emotional patterns that keep circling back. You can bring whatever is alive that week. Nothing is too small, nothing is too complicated. Some weeks you might be unpacking a lifelong story, others you might simply be naming what your nervous system is carrying. Expect a blend of reflection, sharing, gentle structure and space for you to just be human without judgment. We honor pacing, we honor parts, and we honor where you are in your journey today.

when we meet

Starting January 15, 2026, we will meet Thursday evenings from 5:30 PM to 7 PM through February 26, 2026 at Lifeologie Counseling Rockwall. Each session is $25.

what you can gain

You will gain community, language for your experience, tools for emotional regulation and a deeper sense of belonging. Most importantly, you will not be doing this alone. Here, you are allowed to take up space, to be messy, to be brilliant, to be unsure, and to be celebrated. This is your space to land, process, grow, and be held by a community that truly gets it.
