Elias joins us from North Carolina Central University, bringing a sharp focus on grief, identity, and life transitions. He works with individuals, couples, and families, especially those in the LGBTQ+ and non-traditional communities, offering sessions that are curious, grounded, and full of heart.
When he’s not in session, Elias is walking his dogs, cooking something cozy, or building the perfect playlist.
